Customer data processed through FastTrack’s healthcare claims platform may also be governed by customer agreements, business associate agreements, data processing terms, and applicable healthcare privacy and security requirements.

Depending on how you interact with FastTrack, we may collect contact and business information such as your name, job title, organization, business email address, telephone number, and mailing address. We may also collect account and authentication information, communications submitted to FastTrack, and technical information such as IP address, browser or device information, operating system, pages viewed, timestamps, and security or diagnostic logs.

We use information to provide, operate, secure, maintain, and improve our website and services; respond to inquiries and support requests; administer customer relationships and accounts; protect our systems and users; meet legal, regulatory, contractual, audit, and compliance obligations; and analyze website and service performance.

FastTrack provides technology supporting healthcare claims workflows. Where FastTrack processes protected health information (PHI) on behalf of a covered entity or other regulated customer, FastTrack handles that information in accordance with the applicable business associate agreement, customer instructions, and applicable HIPAA privacy and security requirements. This Privacy Policy does not replace a customer’s HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices.

FastTrack maintains administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

Personal information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain appropriate business and security records, satisfy contractual obligations, resolve disputes, and meet applicable legal, regulatory, audit, and compliance requirements.

Depending on applicable law and your location, you may have rights concerning your personal information, including rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or information regarding certain processing activities. These rights may be subject to applicable legal exceptions and identity-verification requirements.

Privacy requests may be submitted to info@ftclaim.com. FastTrack may take reasonable steps to verify the identity and authority of the person making a request before responding. If FastTrack processes information solely on behalf of a customer, the request may need to be directed to that customer.
