This notice describes how FastTrack Technologies handles protected health information (PHI) in connection with the healthcare claims technology services we provide. FastTrack generally processes PHI on behalf of healthcare organizations as a business associate.

FastTrack uses and discloses PHI only as permitted by applicable law, customer agreements, and authorized customer instructions. We maintain administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect PHI and limit access to authorized purposes.
Your Privacy Rights
Individuals may have rights regarding their PHI, including rights to request access, amendment, restrictions, confidential communications, and an accounting of certain disclosures. When FastTrack receives a request involving PHI maintained for a customer, we coordinate with the applicable healthcare organization as required.
Our Responsibilities
FastTrack maintains privacy and security controls for PHI handled through our services. We use and disclose PHI only as permitted, maintain appropriate safeguards, and support our healthcare customers with applicable HIPAA privacy obligations.
